Kass and Alex were absolutely amazing to deal with throughout the entire process of purchasing my Volkswagen T-Roc. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make everything as easy and stress-free as possible. They took the time to explain every step clearly, were extremely transparent, and always happy to answer any questions I had along the way. Their level of care and professionalism, nothing ever felt rushed, and I genuinely felt supported the whole time. Even after the purchase was complete, Kass has continued to offer their services and support, which has been so appreciated. Would recommend him to everyone I know!! I had such a great experience with him. He showed me a couple of options and he was very realistic on what was the best for my budget and my needs which is what I greatly appreciated. I was also grateful That he was so knowledgeable on the cars that I had questions about and then from there we got to narrow it down and I ended up Choosing a car that will stand the test of time. Kass was just so helpful. Whenever I txt him I get a reply back. Everything he said he did. Once Kass organised registration, plates and transfer, he confirmed and let me know when the car would be ready for pickup. We also had coffee vouchers given to us whilst there to get a coffee from next door. His team were extremely helpful as well. I would highly recommend Kass and his team if you’re buying a car.
