I was impressed with the professional approach of the owner and the staff at Driven ByFreedom. I can tell I’m very lucky from the moment I met them. Polite, friendly, helpful with very prompt and clear communication. They did everything to understand my needs and my expectations. The value they offer for my old car was great to deal with and I got a fair price and the offer was genuine and provided good outcome. The speed of the service was excellent and made the transaction trustworthy , the whole process undertaken in a professional and upfront manner. I always believed every one should buy car from a car enthusiasts as Driven By Freedom… is the best way to buy a second hand car with a truly brand new quality. Would recommend him to everyone I know!! I had such a great experience with him. He showed me a couple of options and he was very realistic on what was the best for my budget and my needs which is what I greatly appreciated. I was also grateful That he was so knowledgeable on the cars that I had questions about and then from there we got to narrow it down and I ended up Choosing a car that will stand the test of time. The transition when sorting out all the finances was very easy and very seamless and as this was me buying my first car, I Greatly appreciated it. ☺️

Not being from the Sydney metro area meant I had to put my trust in a dealer and just hope that it all worked out! From the moment I made the enquiry Kass made me feel like I had nothing to question or fear! Kass was just so helpful. Whenever I txt him I get a reply back. Everything he said he did. Once Kass organised registration, plates and transfer, he confirmed and let me know when the car would be ready for pickup. We also had coffee vouchers given to us whilst there to get a coffee from next door. His team were extremely helpful as well. I would highly recommend Kass and his team if you’re buying a car. Alex and Kass are absolute legends, and you can tell they really care about the quality of cars they are putting on the market. The process to test drive was super simple and Alex was really helpful and transparent when talking through all our options and the car specs. We recently purchased a 2023 Kia Sportage for a really fair price and it was in fantastic condition. They were even nice enough to send us home with a box of choccies and gave our 2-year old some snacks while doing the paper work, a really nice touch.
