I had a really positive experience with this car dealer. From the very beginning, Kass and Alex were easy to contact and quick to respond, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was the level of respect and professionalism, especially as a female customer. I never felt pressured or dismissed—everything was explained clearly, and I was treated with genuine courtesy throughout. Negotiations were straightforward and transparent, without any of the usual back-and-forth hassle you sometimes expect. It made agreeing on a fair deal feel easy and comfortable. There were also some lovely touches on delivery—a full tank of fuel and even some chocolates—which made the arrival of the new car feel extra special. On top of that, the process of exchanging my older vehicle was simple and well-handled, saving me a lot of time and effort. Overall, a smooth, respectful, and genuinely pleasant buying experience. I’d happily recommend them to others.

I had a fantastic experience with Kass. I initially enquired about a second-hand car and went to inspect it on Saturday, but unfortunately it had just been sold before I arrived. Kass still took the time to call and invite me down to discuss other options. My mum and I aren’t very experienced with car specs, but Kass patiently spent close to two hours with us. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles in the warehouse and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Importantly, he never once made me feel pressured to make a purchase. The cars on site were also presented in near-new, pristine condition. After viewing the cars, Kass invited us into the office and genuinely took the time to get to know us beyond just the sale. I appreciated this more than he would realise, especially as I was going through a stressful time. Although we didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle and continued our search the next day, ultimately finding a car through a private seller, our experience with Kass was nothing short of exceptional compared to other dealerships we visited. I even called to let him know I had purchased elsewhere, and he was genuinely happy for me and wished me all the best. Overall had an exceptional experience and I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality second-hand car.

I have had an excellent experience with Kass and his team. Kass sold me a used car that was in immaculate condition and at a reasonable price. He took care of the CTP insurance, registration, and finance. It was great to leave everything in his capable hands and just collect my car when it was ready. Kass also purchased my old car and resolved a minor issue very quickly and professionally. I would recommend Kass to anyone who is seeking to either purchase a new car or a used one. He can source anything you request and he is very prompt in responding to questions, sometimes outside business hours, to ensure that you are comfortable with all stages of the process. With so many scams going around these days, it’s sometimes hard to know what’s real and what’s not. I couldn’t recommend these guys higher. Their communication and professionalism took away any fear when transferring over a big sum of money. Would recommend him to everyone I know!! I had such a great experience with him.
